GreatRecycle – Litter Cleanup Terms & Conditions

For BOTH Residential & Commercial Cleanup

By submitting this form, I agree to the following:

1. Service Scope

I understand that GreatRecycle provides litter cleanup services which may include:

• Ground-level litter removal

• Parking lot cleanup

• Sidewalk and walkway cleanup

• Yard or perimeter cleanup

• Dumpster area cleanup

• Light debris collection

• Bagging of loose debris (if selected)

I understand this service does not include junk removal, bulk item removal, or appliance removal unless explicitly selected and paid for.

2. Required Photos

I agree to upload at least one clear photo of the cleanup area so GreatRecycle can verify the scope of work, access conditions, and any applicable surcharges. I understand that inaccurate or incomplete photos may result in price adjustments at the time of service.

3. Pricing & Adjustments

I understand that all prices shown are estimates based on the information I provide.

I understand that the total price is calculated using Service Type, Cleanup Zone, Cleanup Intensity, and any selected Add‑Ons.

Final pricing may be adjusted if:

• The cleanup area is larger than described

• There is excessive debris

• There are hazardous materials present

• Additional labor is required

• Access is obstructed or unsafe

• The job requires more time than the selected service level

Surcharges may apply for:

• Bagged debris

• Dumpster overflow

• Stair or elevated-area cleanup

• Heavy debris

• Bulk materials

• Excessive litter volume

• Commercial property conditions beyond normal litter cleanup

4. Access & Safety

I agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the cleanup area. GreatRecycle reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe, blocked, or hazardous.

5. Prohibited Materials

I confirm that no prohibited materials are included in the cleanup area, including:

• Chemicals, oils, fuels, solvents

• Biohazard or medical waste

• Needles or sharps

• Human or animal waste

• Hazardous waste

• Explosives or highly flammable items

If prohibited materials are present, GreatRecycle may refuse service or charge additional fees for safe handling.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

I understand that cleanup appointments may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or scheduling conflicts. Missed appointments or last‑minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Payment Authorization

By submitting this form and completing payment, I authorize GreatRecycle to charge my card for the estimated total shown, including any verified adjustments made at the time of service. I confirm that I am the authorized cardholder and that all information provided is accurate.

8. Liability

GreatRecycle will take reasonable care when performing cleanup services. I understand that minor incidental contact with landscaping, gravel, mulch, or loose ground materials may occur during normal cleanup operations.

GreatRecycle’s liability for any claim related to cleanup services is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Acceptance

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Mandatory Deposit & Pre‑Visit Inspection Requirements

I understand that GreatRecycle does not perform in‑person property inspections, travel to the cleanup site, or provide on‑site quotes unless the following requirements are met:

1. Online Quote Completed I must complete the online quote form, including selecting Service Type, Cleanup Zone, Cleanup Intensity, and any Add‑Ons.

2. Required Photos Submitted I must upload clear photos of the cleanup area so GreatRecycle can verify the scope of work and determine whether an in‑person visit is necessary.

3. Mandatory Deposit Paid I understand that a pre-visit inspection deposit is required before GreatRecycle will visit my property. This deposit covers travel time, fuel, and scheduling costs.

   • If I proceed with the cleanup service, the deposit is applied to my final bill.

   • If I cancel, decline service, or fail to be present, the deposit is non‑refundable.

 

I acknowledge that these requirements protect GreatRecycle from unnecessary travel, no‑shows, and non‑serious inquiries.
